connected with the Gillette merger. The changes will be effective
after the closing of the merger and post-closing approval
by the P&G board of directors.
Charles V. Bergh,
currently P&G president
on special assignment,
will be elected president
on special assignment-blades
and razors.
- Mary Ann Pesce, currently
president - Gillette global
personal care, will be
elected president-new business
development.
- A. Bruce Cleverly,
currently president -

care, will be elected

Additionally, the following Gillette executives will serve
in transition roles to help support the new Gillette GBU and
to continue to co-lead the important integration work required
post-merger:
